March 10, 2021 at 4:31 pm in reply to: How can I skip the min/max check if a coupon is applied? #92945ZohaibParticipantHi,
Can you please confirm which version of the plugin you are using. Please make sure you are using the latest version of the plugin. Please make sure you are not using the free version of the plugin. You can download the latest version of the plugin from https://wpfactory.com/my-account/downloads/2. If I understand your question correctly, you are trying to set up limits for both shipping zones and product categories, and you also want the shipping zone limits to be applied first. You will need to set the correct priority in the shipping zones section. By default it is 30. If you set a lower priority for shipping zones you the limits for the shipping zone will be applied first before the limits for the categories.
ZohaibParticipantHi Your settings are correct. However, I would like you to confirm when you try to purchase a non-blocked category product as a guest, does it allow you to add to cart and then displays the notice on the cart page? You should still be able to checkout despite the notice as a guest for non-blocked categories. You can disable the notice from the plugins settings Frontend > Cart Notices > Disable. Please let me know if that does not solve your problem.
ZohaibParticipantHi,
Under the General Settings, Date Range set it as this day, Custom date range unit as days and Custom date range (in days) as 1
March 9, 2021 at 6:27 am in reply to: It is possible to specify the user’s price limit in the “Edit user” screen? #100569ZohaibParticipantHi
It is not possible to add limits to the user edit screen. We might consider this in future versions of the plugin.
Your shortcode implementations is ok.
I would also suggest maybe setting different user roles for different limits? Maybe that would be easier in your situation.
March 4, 2021 at 11:39 am in reply to: Why isn’t the activation message displayed after the user has registered? #101250ZohaibParticipantHi,
There are a number of reasons this could happen and it will depend on your setup. We would need some more details to be able to diagnose the problem.
As a first, under the advanced options can you try changing the mail function.
Have you checked your spam folder to make sure the email is not landing there?
Also if you could share your WordPress dashboard access we might be able to take a look for you. You can email us on [email protected]
ZohaibParticipantHi Philip,
I’m sorry but I have not understood your question correctly. Can you please email us on [email protected] with some more details.
It seems you want to set minimum order amounts based on shipping zones. Our plugin can do that.
ZohaibParticipantHi
If you have installed the plugin, you can import product costs.
In your WordPress dashboard, under the tools menu you will find an option for importing costs and bulk editing costs
March 3, 2021 at 7:27 am in reply to: Is it compatible with the Currency Switcher plugin (realmag777)? #88305ZohaibParticipantHi
Just checking if you have enabled the compatibility option.
Under the plugin settings, Manual min amount tab, under Compatibility, make sure you check WooCommerce Currency Switcher (realmag777)
ZohaibParticipantHi
First, in your WordPress dashboard, you will need to navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Cost of Goods > Tools & Reports.
Here you will find some configurations/options for importing the cost of goods.
Then to actually import the cost of goods, in your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Tools > Import Costs.

March 1, 2021 at 3:26 pm in reply to: How can I skip the min/max check if a coupon is applied? #92943ZohaibParticipantHi,
1. For the coupons, in your WordPress dashboard please navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Order min/max amount > Coupons and check Enable Section.
This will Skip min/max amount checks if selected coupons were applied.
2. As for the free courses, you can edit the Order Min/Max amount on the specific products and set the minimum amount to zero for free courses.
March 1, 2021 at 3:18 pm in reply to: How can I limit minimum purchase amount by shipping zone and shipping method? #92940ZohaibParticipantHi,
I would need some more information about your setup. But from the information you have provided it seems you are trying to limit the minimum amount by shipping zone and shipping method simultaneously.
It is not possible to limit the minimum purchase amount by both. It has to be either by shipping zone or shipping method.
You can also email us on [email protected] and we can try and have a look at your website.
