    Hi Vishal,

The plugin only allows for one mode at a time. You have set the mode as product orders and limits in the category as 4. This will only allow 4 orders per month per user from the category whose limits you have set as 4.

To set a limit by product count, in the General settings of the plugin, change the mode to Product Quantities.

    Hi,

I am unable to reproduce the issue on our end. In your WordPress dashboard Settings > General can you please re-check the time and date settings. Also please make sure you are using the latest version of the plugin V 2.3.4

If the problem persists, would it be possible for you to share your WordPress dashboard access and we can take a look for you? You can send your details to [email protected]

    Hi Lisa,

Can you please confirm the name of the plugin that you are using? If it is Order Min/Max amount for WooCommerce, can you please try and update to the latest version of the plugin. V. 4.1.5

    Hi Lisa,

I am not sure how you may have set this up and how the categories/products set up on your website is. There are a number of ways in which this could be achieved. Can you please try the following in the Plugin’s settings:

-General > Amount limits > Minimum
-General > Amount types > Quantity
-Products > Per product category > Enable

I think it might be useful for you to separate the categories of individual wine bottles and the wine packages. Then go to the wine bottles category and set the minimum amount as 3.

In this case there would be no need to exclude any category from the minimum quantity calculations, as the limits would only apply to the wine bottles category.

Please let me know if you continue having trouble with this. In that case, would it be possible for you to share your WordPress dashboard access and we can take a look for you?

You can send your details to [email protected]

    Hi Manish,

There are a couple of things you could try in the plugin’s settings:

    1. Please try and change the option under Email > Mail function
    2. Please try and enable the option under General > Redirect on failure

Please let me know if you continue having trouble with this. In that case would it be possible for you to share your WordPress dashboard access and we can take a look for you? You can send your details to [email protected]

    Hi Kumar,

First, I would like to mention that our plugin is only compatible with WooCommerce Memberships.

Secondly, it is possible to limit customer purchases based on weight. Generally, what you are asking is possible. However, the only issue I see is your time limits and carrying forward. The limits can only be set for one period i.e. either by month or by week but not both. In your case, I would recommend using monthly limits instead of weekly.

Here is an example of the limits that would be possible:

1499 Per month – member gets  20 kg a month to purchase and
2199 Per month – member gets 40 KG a Month to purchase

    or

1499 Per month – member gets 5kg/week to purchase and
2199 Per month – member gets 10 kg/week  to purchase

Either of these is possible but not both at the same time. Also the limits cannot be carried forward.

    Hi Toby,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to redirect customers to multiple pages after successful verification.

The redirect on success option is meant to be used to redirect users after successful verification, this can be to the, home page, shop page, or a custom URL such as a thank you page. But it all users will be redirected to the same page.

    Hi George,

First can you please confirm the error is coming due to our plugin. You can do this by disabling the plugin and trying to checkout. If the error persists it is likely not from our plugin.

Usually, this error is due to lack of sufficient resources on your server. Could you possibly try increasing the memory limit?

Please let me know if the problem persists, in that case would it be possible for you to share your WordPress dashboard access and we can take a look for you? You can send your details to [email protected]

    Hi Tatjana,

Can you please let me know on what page the wrong shipping message is used? Is it on the cart page or checkout page? In the plugin’s settings, can you please try and change the position of the message under Cart > Position

Secondly can you please try and enable the Ajax options from Advanced > Ajax Options.

Please let me know if you continue having trouble with this.

    Hi Fraser,

There are a couple of issues I see with your setup:

    1. From your question it seems you are trying to set a limit of 1 (Quantity) per user role. But on your setup you are using General tab> Amount types > Sum option. I think you should change it to General tab> Amount types > Quantity.

    2. “I have then gone to Users/Edit and selected the appropriate GBP amount and minimum product to 1.” If you are trying to set the limits by user role, you don’t need to edit anything in the Users page in WordPress. Instead, you should set the option from Order min / max amount > User roles > Amount by user roles > Enable then save the settings. After that you should be able to see various user roles you have for example, Vendor, Guest etc, on this page. You can then set the minimum limits here for each user role.

Please let me know if you continue having trouble with this. In that case I would request if possible, you can share your WordPress dashboard access and we can take a look for you. You can send your details to [email protected]

    Hi Melissa,

While you can increase the quantity on the cart page, you should not be able to checkout if the limts are exceeded.

If you click the update cart button on the cart page the message will show that you have exceeded limits.

If you try and checkout as well, the message will show up.

Please make sure you have the following options set up in the plugin’s settings:

-Frontend > Validate on Add to cart
-Frontend > Cart notice > Enable
    -Frontend > Blcok checkout page

Please let me know if you continue having trouble with this.

    Hi Philipp,

In the plugin’s settings Frontend > My account tab > Tab content you can use the shortcode

     [alg_wc_mppu_user_terms_limits]

You can use the shortcode above with HTML
