    Hi Gavin,

In the plugin’s settings, Advanced >  Prevent login after register option has a feature to redirect users.

You can also use the Prevent login after checkout feature to logout users who purchase and show them an activation notice on the “Thank you” page.

Please let me know if both options are not suitable.

    Hi Carlos,

Unfortunately, at the moment it is not compatible with both plugins that you mentioned. If you send us a copy of any of the plugins we can look into compatibility. It may take some time though.

You can send the plugin to [email protected]

Currently our plugin is compatible with :

    – WooCommerce Social Login (SkyVerge)
    – WooCommerce Social Login (wpweb)
    – Super Socializer
    – My Listing Social Login
    – Nextend Social Login
    – WooMail – WooCommerce Email Customizer

in reply to: How can I limit a guest user from buying products? #100883

    Hi Rebekah,

There are 2 things that you could try:

    1. Make sure in General > Order statuses you have the relevant order statuses to which the limits should apply.
    2. In General > Block guests from buying products > Block method > select According to limit options. With this option, the same limits would apply to guests and registered users.

Also can you confirm that your limits are working correctly for registered users? If they are not, it is likely that the limits are not set up correctly.

    Hi Ken,

Here are the options you need to configure to set this up in the plugin’s settings:

-General > Mode > Product Quantities
-General > Date range > Relevant date range
-General > Order statuses > Select the relevant order statuses to which the limits should apply. This is important.
-Limits > Per product category > Enable
    – Access the category edit page and set “Max quantity” as 1.

Please let me know if you continue having trouble with this. You may also contact us on [email protected]

    Hi,

Are there any settings that you could have changed? Can you please delete the plugin and try and re-install it?

Also please try and update the plugin to v 2.2.8 and let me know if the problem persists.

    Hi,

You will need to set the limits for the sub-categories as well.

The plugin, uses the category ID to apply limits. Subcategories in WooCommerce have a unique category ID. Hence you need to set the limits for sub-categories as well.

    Hi,

Unfortunately, the option for verifying users on password reset is a premium version feature only.

    Hi Adam,

For the product that you are setting a price of  £15 does it have variations?

If yes can you please try and set the cost for each variation.

Please let me know if you continue having trouble with this.
