To reset a Conditional Shipping settings section back to its defaults, use the “Reset section settings” checkbox in Conditional Shipping for WooCommerce: Restrict Shipping Options by Anything. Every settings section has its own reset control, so you can clear one section without disturbing the rest.
Important: reset is destructive. It returns that section’s options to their defaults and cannot be undone, so use it deliberately.
How it works #
The General section and each condition section have a Reset section settings checkbox. Ticking it and saving resets only THAT section’s options to their defaults. It is a per-section reset, not a global reset, so resetting the Cities section leaves your Order Amount and General settings untouched. When the reset runs, a “Your settings have been reset” notice appears.
Step-by-step #
- Go to WPFactory > Conditional Shipping (also reachable at WooCommerce > Settings > Conditional Shipping).
- Open the section you want to reset, for example General or a condition such as Date/Time.
- Tick Reset section settings (
alg_wc_cond_shipping_{section}_reset). - Click Save Changes. That section’s options return to their defaults and a “Your settings have been reset” notice is shown.
Options reference #
| Label | Option ID | Type | Default | Free/Pro |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Reset section settings | alg_wc_cond_shipping_{section}_reset |
Checkbox | No | Free |
Replace {section} with the section you are resetting. Each condition section has its own reset key, and so does the General section.
