If the Price by Quantity & Bulk Quantity Discounts for WooCommerce table prints nothing in a custom template, check that you use the right shortcode, [alg_wc_product_ppq_table], and pass a product ID outside a product page. Then test it on a plain page, and confirm your template calls wp_head() and wp_footer() so the plugin assets load.
Symptoms #
- The shortcode prints nothing or shows as raw text.
- The table appears but styles or scripts do not load.
Cause #
Some builders render content in a way that bypasses the normal the_content processing, so shortcodes are not run. Others output the product outside a standard product context, so the table has no product to read.
Fix step by step #
- Use the correct shortcode. The product table is
[alg_wc_product_ppq_table](long form[alg_wc_product_wholesale_pricing_table]); the store-wide table is[alg_wc_ppq_table]. Outside a product page, pass a product ID, for example[alg_wc_product_ppq_table product_id="123"]. - Test in a plain page. Add the shortcode to a standard WordPress page with no builder. If it renders there, the builder is the problem.
- Confirm the theme calls the WordPress hooks. Custom templates must call
wp_head()in the<head>andwp_footer()before</body>, or the plugin assets never load. - Make sure quantity pricing is enabled for the product. The product table only outputs when the product actually has levels, so confirm a rule applies to that product.
- Re-run shortcodes on AJAX-loaded content. If the builder injects content after load, make sure the shortcode is processed (for example with
do_shortcode()in a PHP template) rather than relying on client-side insertion.
Note: use the documented shortcodes above. There is no [wpfactory_price_by_quantity] shortcode and no wpfactory_price_by_quantity_render() function.
