Before I purchase Pro I want to make sure my requirements are there in pro.

    1. I want to set max limit per order per category. Means category “A” will have max product condition of 2 but category “B” will have it 5. So can I set it category wise instead of setting it up individual products?

    2. On frontend, when customer will try to add more products than rule, then cart “+” plus button should not move. It should not allow and then immediately message should pop up informing customer about rule. Is your plugin work in that way?

    3. I want to customize front end pop up message in my way. Possible?

    Hello Sanjay,

I hope you are well today.

    > “I want to set max limit per order per category. Means category “A” will have max product condition of 2 but category “B” will have it 5. So can I set it category wise instead of setting it up individual products?”

It is possible to set different limits based on the category. To do so, please follow the general steps below:

    1. At first, please navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Maximum Products per User > General and set Mode to Product Quantities. Then set the Date range and Order statuses to the appropriate values.

    2. Next, go to the Limits section and check the Per product category checkboxes.

    3. Next, navigate to Products > Categories > Category “A” > Edit and set the Limit per user to 2 then go to category “B” edit page and set the Limit per user to 5.

    > “On frontend, when customer will try to add more products than rule, then cart “+” plus button should not move. It should not allow and then immediately message should pop up informing customer about rule. Is your plugin work in that way?”

We are sorry to let you know that our plugin doesn’t allow to do this. However, in the WooCommerce > Settings > Maximum Products per User > Frontend section, if you enable the Validate on add to cart then the plugin Validate limits immediately when add to cart button is pressed. So if a user tries to add a product to their cart beyond their limit, the plugin will restrict it.

    > “I want to customize front end pop up message in my way. Possible?”

Yes, it is possible to edit pop up messages. The messages can be changed by going to WooCommerce > Settings > Maximum Products per User > Frontend section.

I hope it helps. If you have any other questions, then please let us know.

    Kind regards,
    Moshtafizur

Hello…I purchased the plugin but after purchase I realized it is not working as per my requirement so I asked for refund. After asking twice for refund, your team stopped replying. You have 30 days money back guarantee and I asked refund in just few hrs. Why still it is not getting refunded. Not expected this from reputed company like yours.

    Please process refund.
