    Hello.

    Is it possible for a customer to be able to change an order status from their my account page?

    Hello Andy,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    You may show order status history on the customer’s My Account > Orders page since our plugin tracks order status changes. But customers won’t be allowed to change the order status.

    Hi. Thanks for your reply.

    Is this something you could introduce possibly? We used to use another plugin that handled it fairly well but is now no longer updated and active. Link below of the old plugin for refernece if it helps
