We activated the ajax option in order to refresh the amount left on the cart template.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t work when we change the product amount in the cart.
The amount left is not updated.
Could you help us to fix this?

I am really sorry to know you are having problems.
Please go to the WooCommerce > Settings > Amount Left for Free Shipping > Advanced section, enable the AJAX Options > Force update option and see if the issue persists.
Please let us know if it doesn’t solve the problem.

I am sorry to know you are still having the issue.
I couldn’t reproduce the issue on our end. However, the amount will not change if you only change the quantity on the cart page. To view the correct amount left for free shipping, you would need to click the Update Cart button after changing the quantity of the products.
But if that’s not the case, then would it be possible for you to share your WordPress dashboard access with us so that we can check it for you? Then please send the login credentials to [email protected].

By changing the product amount, I meant changing the amount and clicking the Update Cart bouton.
I will perform one more test before sending you the credentials.

Thank you, but could you also ensure that you are using the most recent versions of the WooCommerce (7.0.0) and Amount Left for Free Shipping (2.2.2) plugins? Additionally, would you kindly set the minimum amount required for free shipping in the Manual min amount > Amount field and check if it works better?

We’re using the last versions for both WC and Amount Left.
I set manually the minimum amount.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t solve our problem.
