GuestHi,
Is it possible for me to switch the paid plugin to my other website? Because I want to test the paid function of this plugin on my testing site.
October 10, 2022 at 1:30 pm #101071Hello,
Thanks for getting in touch.
On your testing site, you may use our Pro version of the plugin without any issues.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Kind regards,

GuestSry for the confusion, i meant to ask if i purchased a pro version for site A, is it possible for me to change the plugin to site B?
October 10, 2022 at 2:44 pm #101073Hello,
Thanks for explaining your query in more detail.
If both sites are live, you’ll need to delete the old key from https://wpfactory.com/my-account/downloads/ and create a new key for site B. Then you should paste the key into the WPFactory Helper plugin. Then you will be able to receive automatic updates for that website.
If you have any other questions, then please let us know.
Kind regards,

GuestUnderstood, so there will be no additional cost to get a new key for site B, as long as the key for site A is deleted? Am I right?
October 11, 2022 at 8:28 am #101075Hello,
Thanks for your reply.
Yes, there is no additional charge for generating a new key for your new site.
If you are using a single site license, then you would just need to delete the old key and generate a new one, but if you are using a license for unlimited sites, then you can generate as many keys as you want for your websites.
I hope it helps. Please contact us if you have any more queries.
Best regards,
