    Hello Greg,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

With our Min Max Default Quantity for WooCommerce plugin, we cannot fulfill your specific requirement of limiting the number of orders to 20 for a predefined set of products within each subscription period. However, we have an alternative solution that may suit your needs.

Our Maximum Products per User for WooCommerce plugin allows you to limit the number of products a user can purchase, but please note that it is not compatible with the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin at the moment. It works seamlessly with the WooCommerce Membership plugin, the Memberpress plugin, and the Sumo Membership plugin.

Regarding the rollover option, currently, our plugin does not support carrying over unused allotments to the next subscription period. However, We will consider adding this feature in future updates.

If you would like to proceed with using the Maximum Products per User for WooCommerce plugin, please let us know, and we will be happy to assist you with the setup.

If you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please feel free to ask. We are here to help.

    Best regards,
    Moshtafizur

Thanks very much Moshtafizur, does the pro version have a free trial period so we can see if it works for us?

    Hi there,

Sorry for the reply. Actually, we didn’t receive your question on Zendesk because we were having some issues with it. But it has been fixed now.

Regarding your question, we are sorry to let you know that we don’t offer a trial version of our premium plugin. But we do offer a 30-day refund policy. So if you buy the plugin and end up not liking it, you can ask for a refund.

If you have any other question, then please let us know.

    Kind regards,
    Moshtafizur
