    Hi,

    i want to send a custom email when a subscription will  end in 2 weeks.

    what is best practive to do this?

    Hi,

    By going to:

    1-woocommerce settings->Custom Emails->Enter Number of custom emails->click [settings] below Admin title.

    2-Select your Triggers like :Order status Completed to Wps Renewal.

    3-Set Delay to (2) and change second to week.

    sorry i missed this response completly, but thats not what i meant.
    i dont want to delay 2 weeks, i need a custom trigger that sends the email if the subscription will end in 2 weeks.

    so if the subscription ends on 01-apr-2024 i want to send  a email on 18-march-2024

    The plugin sends a custom email if the status of the order or subscription changes. But if you want to send a custom email based on a specific date, in this case, the plugin does not support such a feature.
