Custom emails don’t arrive

    Hi,
    we purchased your premium version of this plugin but don’t receive the emails we set to be sent.

    When I try to trigger the email manually from the Order Actions, it gives me a critical error warning.

    Any ideas what might be the problem?

    I am really sorry to know you are experiencing problems.

    I couldn’t reproduce the issue on our end. Could you please send a screenshot of the error message to [email protected] so that we can take a look at it?

    It seems like the problems were caused by the Woocommerce Paypal Plugin that blocked the cron to send emails. It was fixed with the last update
