    Hi there,
    When an order is canceled, are the user’s counters recalculated? It seems not. Is it possible to change a user’s counters manually?

    Hi Francisco,

    It can be recalculated. Please try to add “Cancelled” at this option:
    – General > Order statuses: Delete

    You can also change purchase info manually accessing the user’s profile page at the bottom. There will be info related to “Maximum Products per User”
