    Hi,

I am using your exclusion rule to exclude WooCommerce credit payments for specific products by category.

It still shows the WooCommerce notification to use “partial credits” when I check out with the excluded product category.

Is it possible to hide this entirely when a user tries to check out with the excluded product category?

    Hello Jack,

From what I understand from your message, the “excluded product category” feature works, but not completely. Could you provide a clear explanation of how I can reproduce the error?

Alternatively, if you could record a video of the issue and send it to [email protected] with the ticket reference, it would greatly expedite the resolution process.

    Regards,

    Hi,

Thanks for the reply, I have sent an email with a video to the email you suggested and included the following message:

Basically, I am using this plugin to allow for a “credit system” on the website.
    Plugin https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-wallet/19502593

I have set your exclusion rules to not allow customers to purchase products with credits, but the credits allow for “partial payments” if you don’t have enough for the full payment.

As you see for the video, i have 90 euros credit and the product costs 110 euros so it allows me to use all of my 90 euros of credits to purchase the product at the discounted rate of 110-90 = 20euros

I need the exclusion rules to also prevent the possibility of this partial payment.

    Kind Regards,
    Jack
