    Hi,

    At the moment, I set the Limit per user to 1.

    A member bought a product but changed the order status Cancelled.

    Now the member is trying to buy the product again but he is getting the already bought error message on the checkout page.

    How can I limit the number only to the Completed status?

    Hi,

    Under the General settings tab of the product, you can find an option for order statuses. You can set the relevant order statuses here for the limits.

    Hello Ryan,

    In the plugin’s settings, under the General section, please set the Order statuses: Delete to Cancelled. Then, if the user later cancels his order, he will be able to purchase the product again.
