    Hi,

    I would like to customize the “remove from list” icon to make it look like the same as the one I use on my woocommerce car. Is there an easy way to bypass the styling of the wishlist plugin so the WooCommerce remove style gets used.

    Hi Bernard,

    I’ve created some new options for you regarding the “remove from list” icon 🙂
    You can access it over:
    – Style > Wish list > Remove icon

    You’ll be able to change the icon and the color.
    I just released a new version (1.8.0) with the changes. Please update the plugin to see it.

    Thanks Pablo for taking the time for replying to my request by adding this as a new feature!

    I just tried it but unfortunately I still see the “fas fa-times-circle” after changing the Remove icon for” fas fa-trash-alt” in the new field.

    Hum, have you tried to change the wish-list.php or the remove-button.php template?
    If that’s the case you’d have to copy it again. I have edited both of them.

    Please give it a try. If it doesn’t work let me know

    I did not try to change anything in the plugin’s file. I tried a few things in my style.css file with no luck, so I removed everything before posting on the blog. Tried changing my theme (Divi) to Twenty-Twenty-one, same problem. I also just realized only the remove icon colour can change.

    But that was the idea, to change the color of the remove icon.

    Anyway, would it be possible for you to create/share an admin account to your server (WP and preferably FTP), so I could login and check what’s going on?

    AWESOME! JUST AWESOME!

    This is a good demonstration of someone who cares about his customer’s needs. Now everyone can benefit from it.

    No wonder why it is a 5-star plugin.

    If I come across other ideas, I will bring them in.
