How can I set different discounts for different membership plans?

Presale question:

i have a membership website (woocommerce membership plugin + Woocommerce subscription)

what i need this plugin to do for me (if she do):

if regular or no member can buy products with 0% discount.
if gold member can buy 6 product per month with 100% discount and more than 6 with 0% discount. expires remaining numbers at the end of the month.
if silver member can buy only 3 product per month with 100% discount and more than 3 with 0% discount. expires remaining numbers at the end of the month.
