    Hi!

I’ve just bought the pro version but it doesn’t seem to solve my purpose.I want that a person shall only be able to buy one product and after that he shall not be able to buy that same product again or any other product from the site. Its a membership site and I want that one user with a unique email address shall be able to buy only one membership(i.e. set up as a woocommerce product).

I tried using Product tag but it still allows the person to buy another product with the same tag.

    Hi Vinay,

Apologies for the late reply, I don’t think you should use product tags in your case.

Can you please navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Maximum Products Per user > General.

    1. Make sure the plugin is Enabled
    2. Set the Mode as Product quantities
    3. Select the appropriate date range
    4. Select the appropriate order statuses for the maximum limits

Then in the Limits tab, Enable the option for All Products, and set the limit per user as 1.

    Hope that helps.
