Hello team,
I hope you’re doing well.
We’re currently using the Maximum Products per User PRO plugin on our WooCommerce store (digital products) and it’s working well for most use cases.
However, we’ve been facing abuse from guest users who bypass our daily purchase limits.
We noticed that the plugin allows us to track guests either by IP address or by billing email
The issue is that:
When we track by IP, users can easily switch connections or use VPNs.
When we track by email, users simply enter a new email at checkout.
Our question is:
➡️ How enforce both restrictions at the same time?
For example, if either the IP or the billing email has reached the limit, the order should be blocked.
This would really help us control suspicious behavior while still allowing guest purchases.
Thanks in advance for your help!
