Is it possible to add a message for the condition?

I just purchased your plugin to see if I could get it to handle my needs.

I’m confused a bit by the custom message options. Is it possible to add a message for the condition when the dollar amount of a specific category is below a certain amount?

We are a dog products company, and we offer free shipping for dog treat orders of $20 or more. I’m currently using YITH messages plugin to deliver this notice … but I’m hoping to reduce the number of plugins on my site and would prefer to deliver all cart/single product messages via one plugin.
