Hi,
I have seen you added the option to “Show product notes in customer emails”.
Should that also work for a note in a product’s variation?
I have added a note in a variation product but it’s not showing up in the customer email.
Maybe I am missing something?

Sorry for the late reply.
I’ve just re-tested it on my server – it seems to be working fine here – variation notes are included in the customer emails.
Would it be possible to share access to your site, so I could log in and check what’s going on (my email is [email protected])? Please let me know if sharing an account is not an option, and I will continue solving it remotely.

I’ve logged in to your site, thanks. And I know where the problem is – the “Customer emails” option is a Pro option (similar to the “Admin emails” option), and we’ve incorrectly marked it as an option available in the free plugin version. It has no effect in the free plugin version. Really sorry about that – will fix that asap.
