Hi, I just downloaded the Order Status Rules plugin, and set up a very simple rule: On-Hold to Processing after 1 second – no other conditions. It’s not working. Can you please help me work out why?
Hi Joel,
First thing that comes to mind – as our rules are run periodically, in cron job, please set the “WP cron interval” option in “WooCommerce > Settings > Order Status Rules > Advanced & Tools” to e.g. “Once every minute” (by default it’s set to “Once hourly”).
If that doesn’t help – would it be possible to log in to your site to check what’s going on (my email is [email protected])? Please let me know if sharing an account is not an option, and I will continue solving it remotely.
