    Hi, there seems to be a bug in the plugin. If I add a test private or public note to a product page, this disappears when I perform a bulk upload. I am using “Product Import Export for WooCommerce” for bulk uploads. I have purchased the premium version of your plugin and the tick boxes are ticked in settings to allow bulk uploads and downloads.

    Can you please help fix this issue? Without this, the plugin is not useful to us. Thanks!

    Hi Andy,

    I’ve just tested it with the “Product Import Export for WooCommerce” plugin, but couldn’t reproduce the issue – notes seem to be not disappearing after I run their “Import” tool. This is the plugin, correct? Are you using free or paid version of their plugin? Maybe you could send me a sample file of what you are importing? Also, would it be possible to share access to your site, so I could log in and check what’s going on (my email is [email protected])?

    If anyone else has a similar question – I didn’t fully understand the question initially. Even though existing product notes were not disappearing, it was not importing new notes with the “Product/Review CSV Import Export” plugin (by WebToffee). This is now fixed in our plugin v2.5.2. Now there are new “Product/Review CSV Import Export” checkboxes in “WooCommerce > Settings > Product Notes > Private/Public notes > Compatibility Options” – when enabled, the import with the “Product/Review CSV Import Export” plugin works normally.
