Hellow good day
1. Can i add custom order status ? — i already have custom status ( Example : Delivered, Shipped, On Time, etc )

2. Change from Delivered (custom status )to Complete ( original status) afte 24h

3. Preparing to Canceled after 72 hours

Hi Adrian,

Yes, the plugin accepts all order statuses you have on your site, including custom. And yes, you can create two different rules, each with its own statuses and time triggers.
