Hi WP Factory team, I’m writing to you because The Order Status for WooCommerce don’t work properly and the rules that I created does not apply. So I wanto to know how can I configure properly the plugin or if you have any suggestion to verify and force the plugin work correctly.

You’ve mentioned “rules” – are you sure you are posting the question on the correct plugin page? Maybe what you need is Order Status Rules for WooCommerce plugin? In any case, if possible, please share access to your site (my email is [email protected]), so I could log in and check what’s going on.
