Test emails not working

    Hi there,

    I am trying to test the custom emails on an order, but when I go to the drop-down under Bulk actions or Order actions, the custom email title is not in the list to choose from.

    Any ideas?

    HI there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    In such a case, please go to the “WooCommerce > settings > Emails > Your custom email” and scroll down to the “Admin Options” and set the “Admin actions” to “Edit order > Order actions” and “Orders > Bulk actions”. It should fix the issue. But let us know if the issue persists.
