ParticipantI set up the plugin because today I had a product launch and there would be a high amount of orders at the same time, and I needed to limit do 1 unit per user. Well, some users managed to buy more than the amount set. I set the limit for all users, and for customers too. When we test it on our end it works fine, limits the purchase like it should, but when we have a high volume of orders at the same time of the same product some customers are able to bypass that limit, but I don’t know how.

ParticipantHi Maicon, This usually happens due to race conditions during high traffic, caching, or limits enforced only on the frontend. Ensure server-side validation, disable cart/page caching for checkout, and check plugin conflicts or stock rules. If the issue persists, contact me.

ParticipantThe cache is disabled for the cart, checkout and my account pages. I didn’t understand the part about “limits enforced only on the frontend”? Like, how would that happen when I’m using the plugin? And also, can you elaborate on the ensure server-side validation?

ParticipantIf anyone is reading this and is interested in buying this plugin… DON’T. As you can see here there’s no support, I’ve tried email as well an nobody answered me. I contacted Juwell and he wanted to CHARGE ME to make HIS PLUGIN work. So yeah.. top notch work guys, just run from this company, make your plugin with antigravity, at least is free and you wont be scammed out of your money.
March 3, 2026 at 12:18 pm #180924Hello Maicon,
This is Taha from the support team, and I want to sincerely apologize for what happened.
The person you mentioned who asked you to contact them is not an employee of our company. This appears to be a scam attempt, and we strongly advise you not to engage with them. We have already reported this to our responsible team, and they will be removing the impersonator and taking appropriate action.
As for the issue you’re experiencing with the plugin, I’m actively working on it now. I also found a message from you in our email system, and it was my fault for not noticing it earlier. I sincerely apologize for that oversight.
I’m currently looking into your case and will update you very soon.
Best regards,
