    Is there a way to set a rule that follows the logic of “If parameters of rule one are not met then apply rule 2.”.  I am attempting to split orders into 2 groups, the smaller group is identified by Rule 1; I need all other orders to  have the order status changed  to the settings/ status  of rule 2.

    Hi Gary Turner,

    I hope you are well and thank you for contacting us.

    You can create two rules and set specific conditions for each rule. If the order meets the conditions of the first rule, the status will be changed based on it. If the order does not meet the conditions of the first rule, it will meet the conditions of the second rule.

    If both are not met, there is an Extras option in the plugin settings where the order status can be set to default status.

    Please note the attached Screenshots.

    I hope this was useful to you, do not hesitate to contact us for any further assistance.

    Thanks and best regards.

    Can I apply the Default status rule “Post Payment”?  When attempting the above recommendation, the “Pending Payment” step is skipped and payment is not received.

    Hi Gary Turner,

    I hope you are well and thank you for contacting us,sorry for delay

    You can change the default order status by going to:

    Woocommerce->Settings->Order Status Rules->Extra->Default order status.

    And in the same section, you can change the Process Payment Order Status.

    Please try changing the order status from this section and let me know if the problem is solved please

    Thanks and best regards.
