    Hi,

    Any chance you could be using a cache plugin?

    I also am having this issue.

    Even with the plugin fully disabled and clearing the site cache, users are receiving an error about only being able to place one order every 24 hours.

    I fear something has changed deep in some php file that I will never be able to find.

    Please help author!
