    Hi There,

I have a couple of products that after a customer purchases, the cart does not empty and the customer is not redirected to the “My Account – Thank you for Your Order”, they go back to the cart, and the items purchased are still there.

But the order does go through, but the customer can’t really tell that it did work, so the customer is confused as to whether the order went through.

This only happens with products that are limited in Time Frame from this plugin.  This has been working flawlessly for close to a year, but over the last month, this issue has cropped up.

I have a development site that is an exact duplicate and replicated the issue there as well.   Any thoughts on how I might fix this.  The problem goes away when I deactivate this plugin. So there is some conflict happening somewhere.

    Thanks

    Doug

    Hi,

In the plugin’s settings under the Frontend tab, can you try and disable the Block checkout page option. If that solves the issue we may then need to look at how your limits are set up.
