    Hi Gary Turner,

    I hope you are well and thank you for contacting us,sorry for delay

    You can change the default order status by going to:

    Woocommerce->Settings->Order Status Rules->Extra->Default order status.

    And in the same section, you can change the Process Payment Order Status.

    Please try changing the order status from this section and let me know if the problem is solved please

    Hi there,

    It wasn’t possible, but I have just added it to the plugin.

    Please update the (Pro) plugin to the latest v1.8.3. Then, in the “By another field” options section, there will be two new options – select “Check for an exact value” in the first one and set the value you need in the second one.

    Hi Gary Turner,

    I hope you are well and thank you for contacting us.

    You can create two rules and set specific conditions for each rule. If the order meets the conditions of the first rule, the status will be changed based on it. If the order does not meet the conditions of the first rule, it will meet the conditions of the second rule.

    If both are not met, there is an Extras option in the plugin settings where the order status can be set to default status.

    Regarding your first question, Unfortunately the Make a Price Offer for WooCommerce plugin is currently not compatible with the Dokan plugin.

    For your second question, you can set the minimum and maximum order value by following these steps:

    1. Go to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Price Offers -> Form
    2. In this section, you can set your Minimal price and Maximal price.

    Do you mean that when you enter the orders page and try to add an order manually, the EU/UK VAT field does not appear or does not work for you?

    If so please try this out on a test site using the original WordPress theme and the basic plugins with EU/UK VAT plugin. If the problem persists, please send the login permissions to your site to the following email: [email protected].

    We prefer to attach a video or screenshot that describes your problem more clearly.

    Hi Angel,

    You can filter products that have stock of 1 or more by following these steps:

    Woocommerce->Settings->Product XML Feeds->Select your XML page like XML Feed #1->Scroll to Extra Products Filtering Options->Stock status->Select in stock.

    In this section, please try to apply the same settings as shown in the picture you have attached. Screenshot
