February 11, 2022 at 12:20 am in reply to: How do I set up the plugin so that a user can buy only eight products per month? #100875
Hi Hugo,
This would be one approach:
– You’ll need to assign all your products to some category or tag.
– After that you need to enable “Per product category” (or “Per product tag”) option in “Limits” section.
– And then access that category or tag page and set “Limit per user” option as 8.Hi Aung,
Please, make sure that when you place the first order, its status gets to the same status from our “General > Order statuses” option. That is the way the plugin will consider a purchase.
Let me know if it helps.
February 11, 2022 at 12:02 am in reply to: How can I prevent any combination of product variants from being purchased? #100869Hi Lydia,
If you leave the “General > Use variations” option disabled and use the “Limits > per product” option by setting the limit of your variable product as 1, I believe it will be enough.
February 10, 2022 at 11:01 pm in reply to: How can I see what items have been the most profitable? #89879Hi Jeff,
I’ve added the cost and profit columns to the “Analytics > Product” report as you wanted. You just have to update the plugin to the version I just released (v2.5.1).
I hope you like it 😉
February 10, 2022 at 4:49 pm in reply to: How to fix the error that does not allow customers to finish purchases? #89907Hi Daniel,
Is there any kind of WooCommerce error log you can provide us?
Anyway, can you create/share an admin account to your server (WP and preferably FTP), so I could log in and check what’s going on? If that’s the case, please send a message to [email protected].
Hi again Richard,
Instead of the screenshot, would it be possible to take a look at your site?

Hi Rafal,
That’s not supposed to happen. If it does, there should be some problem occurring on the site.
Anyway, our cost is simply a meta that is saved on the
postmeta
table. If you export your products using the default product exporter from WooCommerce the cost will be exported to the final CSV.Hi,
Just one more question. How your “Product profit HTML template” option is set?

Hi Richard,
Can you please send me a screenshot of your “tools” menu?
Meanwhile, can you please make sure you’re using the latest version of the plugin?February 8, 2022 at 10:59 pm in reply to: Why do the orders prior the plugin activation not have costs? #89899Hi Jeff,
Probably you just need to run this option:
– Tools & reports > Orders Tools > Recalculate for orders with no costsHi,
Sorry for the delay. I don’t know if this could be the reason, but can you please try to change the “Products > Cost decimals” option? And also the “Number of decimals” from WooCommerce?
February 8, 2022 at 10:19 pm in reply to: How to setup for countries that do not have free shipping? #88444Thanks 🙂
The plugin needs the default Free Shipping from WooCommerce to work in the automatic mode. For cases like yours, you should probably try our “Manual min amount” option combining it with the “Shipping zones” extra option.
Please give it a try and let me know if it works for you.
February 8, 2022 at 9:17 pm in reply to: Why did I get an email when I don’t have any customers? #101510Hi Frank,
Yes, this is from the plugin if you have the “Advanced > Delete options > Delete users automatically” option enabled.
You can choose to disable that email notification if you wish by disabling this option:
– Advanced > Background processing > Send emailFebruary 8, 2022 at 1:15 am in reply to: Can you please add some examples of how to attach the additional PHP code? #100865Hi Veronica, sorry for the delay.
Can you please elaborate your question? What would be exactly the moment for the hook to be triggered? When an order status changes for example and the user can’t buy a specific product? Or when the user tries to add a product to cart that is already off the limit?
And what custom code you’d like to add?
February 7, 2022 at 11:18 pm in reply to: Why are not all my products displayed on the stock report? #89883Hi Jeanine,
Sorry for the long delay, but actually you were right. Products having costs or prices with decimal places after zero were not getting displayed on that report. We will fix that in the next version.
Anyway, you can use our other report on WooCommerce Analytics to see the products there.
Let me know if you need more help.
