Hi Simon,
Our meta
_alg_wc_cog_cost
is just a regular meta like any other. WP All Import should be capable of importing it.Can you please elaborate on the error you’re getting?
Meanwhile, can you please make sure to enable the compatibility options with WP All Import in our Compatibility section?
If you wish and if it’s possible, you could try to send us a simplified version of the file you’re trying to import? If that’s possible, you can send it to [email protected]

- I couldn’t reproduce that problem here. It works even on orders with default currency as well. Can you please try to clear the Analytics cache?
- I believe I was able to fix that on version 3.7.1 I just released. Please let me know if it helps.
May 12, 2023 at 1:48 pm in reply to: I don’t see orders from PayPal in the WooCommerce – Reports #114920Hi @s-s , and @giovanni-gruter ,
We just released version 3.6.0 and I believe it could fix the problem on Analytics. Please, update the plugin and let us know if it helps.
Hi Tatu,
Sorry for the long delay.
I was taking a look at the Measurement plugin and I think the only thing necessary for creating the compatibility is to calculate the cost appropriately for the order. Is that right?
It just needs to consider the line item weight as well. And, on the admin product page, nothing would change.
Let me know if you agree or if there is something else I’m not seeing.

I was testing the WooCommerce Analytics option and it seems to be working. Can you please elaborate on your issue? It should work for current orders as well.
1. Can you please make sure that you’ve tried to clear the Analytics cache on “WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Clear analytics cache”
2. Is there some kind of error or does the order value remain simply incorrect?
Hi Arthur,
The plugin was not designed to dynamically calculate the limit per product like that. However, I was able to create a new attribute
product_limit_meta
for you in the Formula section. You need to use it with theproduct_id
attribute though.Let’s suppose you have a custom field key
_my_custom_field
that is supposed to receive a number representing the product limit. And you have products with the ID of 18 and 17. That’s how you could set it up:[alg_wc_mppu product_id="18,17" product_limit_meta="_my_custom_field"]
The new attribute is available on version 3.8.7 I just released.
I’ve released a new version (3.8.6) with a new option that should help as well:
- Admin > Editable sales data > AJAX > Load sales data using AJAX
Hi,
Please, try to set the option Tools > Advanced > Orders date range to
Only orders in "General > Date range"
and then try to recalculate it again.Hi Thierry,
Please, update the plugin to version 2.9.7.
We fixed a bug related to the Bulk Edit Prices option on that version.
Hi @abayomi-fasanya,
Sorry for the delay, but it should have worked. I just tested here.
You just need to make sure of these details:
- It’s necessary to enable Emails > Activation email > Fine tune activation email placement option.
- The option “Email > Send as a separate email” needs to be disabled.
- The option “Email > Email template” needs to be set as
Plain
- You should add the
{alg_wc_ev_viwec}
in a text component
If it doesn’t work, can you please create/share an admin account to your server (WP and preferably FTP), so I could log in and check what’s going on? If that’s the case, you can send an email to [email protected].
Hi Nicolas,
I noticed a problem with the Note field and I believe I was able to fix the plugin on the new version (2.1.4) I just released. I updated the plugin on your site for you.
Anyway, in order for the note field to work, it’s necessary to enable the option Wishlist > Attributes > Show products attributes on the wish list
I enabled it for you and I think it’s working fine now.
Let me know if it helps 😉
April 19, 2023 at 11:06 pm in reply to: How to setup having different amounts for free shipping? #113578Hi @matrahazi-peter ,
Sorry for the delay, but I have good news.
I believe the other shipping methods were not getting hidden only on AJAX requests and I tried to fix that on version 2.2.6 I just released.
Please, update the plugin and let me know if it helps.
Hi @navneet-nair,
Can you please elaborate on your issue?
It worked for me even on the free version of the WP All import.
Maybe you could try to set the import file like this:
Meta: _alg_wc_cog_cost
If it doesn’t work, please send me your import file somehow and I can try to import it here.
😉
