Hello, have you processed my refund? Your advertising promise is to refund me. Not to waste my time to get a refund.

Please refund, don’t try to fix it. I went (again) with a combination of 2 plugins, the COG Plugin from Skyverge and Booster Tools, which provides all the required information on the right spot. I tried to save some money by buying your plugin and also trying YITH’s premium COG plugin, but nothing works as well as Booster and Skyverge together.

If you want your plugin to compete with these two, you still need to do some homework.

    Waiting for the refund.

    Best regards.

Sorry but this doesn’t help at all.

Orders imported from eBay and Amazon call the products from our WooCommerce catalogue, and these products HAVE cost. Orders made in our WooCommerce storefront show the cost correctly, orders imported from eBay and Amazon show the cost with ZERO.

Let me tell you that no other COG plugin failed at this point, only yours.

If you are not able to fix this IN THE PLUGIN, then we are done here, and I am requesting a refund.

Please let me know if you want to fix the problem or if you prefer to refund my purchase.

    Thank you.

BTW, it is activated that cost will be forced to update at status change and order update, but nothing has any effect. The cost field stays at zero.
