I doubt this is created by the plugin, this is usually related to your store settings, if you go WooCommerce >> Settings >> Tax >> Display prices in the shop, you can select if it says “including tax”.

Please try this: From plugin General tab >> Reset options >> Reset to minimum quantity, if that didn’t work, please try “Load All variations” and see.

This way you need to enable the Fixed Quantity per category (assuming these products are in a category), or if this applies to all your store products, you can define it in “Cart quantities” on plugin Fixed Quantities tab.

Give this a try please, from plugin main tab, select “Fallback gateway” and choose Pay by check there, let me know if that works.
