Zohaib
ParticipantHi,
We do not have a trial for the pro version. However, if you are not happy with the plugin, we do offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

ParticipantHi Armin,
If you have purchased the pro version of the plugin, please delete the free version of the plugin and install the pro version. You can download it from https://wpfactory.com/my-account/downloads/
The pro version of the plugin should work just fine without the license. It is only required for automatic updated. To add the license you will need the WP Factory Helper plugin.

ParticipantHi,
We have not tested compatibility with both the mentioned plugins. I suggest you test using the free version of our plugin available here. In case, it does not work, do let us know and our development team can look into making it compatible.

ParticipantHi,
I realized above you are using Elementor. Please make sure you are using the HTML widget to add this and not the text widget.
October 7, 2021 at 10:00 am in reply to: How to use the [alg_wc_left_to_free_shipping] shortcode with WOOCS? #88419Zohaib
ParticipantHi,
First, you need to enable compatibility with WooCommerce Currency Switcher. In the plugin’s settings Manual Min Amount tab, Enable the Compatibility with WooCommerce currency switcher.
Secondly, please make sure you enable AJAX Options under general settings. Usually, the shortcode will be outside the automatically refreshed area hence it might not update when the cart amount changes.
Also, your shortcode in the video is not very visible. Please use:
[alg_wc_left_to_free_shipping content="Order an additional %amount_left_for_free_shipping% only to get free shipping"]

ParticipantHi,
You can hide the add to cart button. In General > Maximum Amount limit options > Hide add to cart button. You can choose to hide it on shop pages or single product pages.
To improve the user experience, do use the Messages feature to alert your customers why they are not being allowed to checkout. In the Messages tab of the plugin’s settings, you can set various messages.
October 7, 2021 at 9:38 am in reply to: How can I set different minimum amounts for each zone? #93106Zohaib
ParticipantHi,
Yes, it is possible to set up minimum amounts based on shipping zones. To set this up configure the following options in the plugin’s settings:
General > Amount limits > Minimum
General > Amount types > Sum
Shipping > Amount per shipping > Enable
Shipping > Type Shipping zoneSave the settings and then you will be able to set the minimum amount for each shipping zone.
Also to be able to include shipping costs in the calculation General > Order sum > Order total, instead of Order subtotal.
October 7, 2021 at 7:42 am in reply to: How to use the [alg_wc_left_to_free_shipping] shortcode with WOOCS? #88415Zohaib
ParticipantHi,
Are you using a currency conversion plugin? If yes, please let me know which one.
Secondly, any chance you are using Elementor page builder, I have seen this issue previously with the Elementor page builder. It occurs when you use a text widget instead of the shortcode widget.

You would need to configure the following options in the plugin’s settings to set this up
General > Amount Limits > Minimum and Maximum
General > Amount types > Sum and Quantity
Amounts > Minimum sum > 30This will set the minimum purchase limit as 30 euros for any product. Then to set up the maximum number of bundles to 5, you will first need to add all the bundles to a category or a tag. Then in the plugin’s settings go to:
Products > Per product category > Enable or
Products > Per product tag > Enable (depending on which one you decide to use)Then in your WordPress dashboard go to Products > Categories or Products > Tags and edit the individual category or tag. You will find a new field here for Max Quantity set this as 5.
