ParticipantHi,
I would like to suggest you try the default plugin’s settings first. You can use the Reset option in each tab of the plugin settings to reset to the default settings.
Secondly, If it still does not work, under the General tab under the activation link, can you try and change the Email sending trigger to On WooCommerce created customer

ParticipantHi
In that case, In the plugin settings, General tab Set Amount limits as Minimum, Amount types as Sum.
In the Amounts tab set the Minimum amount as 100.
In the Products tab Enable the Per product category option.
Finally, edit the individual category in which you require the minimum as $200.
This way the minimum amount for any order will be $100 but the minimum amount for the specific category will be $200.

ParticipantHi,
Do you need all order totals to have a minimum of $300?
In that case under General Settings Set the amount as Minimum, Amount type as “Sum”
Then go to the Amounts tab of the plugin settings and set the amount as $300.
And under the Products tab of the plugin settings Enable the Per product category option.
Finally, go to each individual category and set the required minimum for category A as $100 and category B as $200.

March 31, 2021 at 5:34 pm in reply to: How do I add the verification link to my custom-made new account template? #101280Zohaib
ParticipantHi
We would need some more information on the custom template and the email customizer that you are using. You can contact us in [email protected]
However,
If the activation email is sent with the “Send verification as a separate email” option enabled. You can change the text on our plugin.
If the “Separate” option is disabled, the activation email is merged to the “Customer new account” email and then you can customize this email. Basically the only thing we’d be allowed to do in this email is to choose where the activation link will be put.
In that case, you can enable this option
Emails > Activation email > Fine tune activation email placement
After it’s enabled you would have to put this code in the “Customer new account” email to choose where the activation message would be added:
do_action( “alg_wc_ev_activation_email_content_placeholder”, $email->object );

ParticipantHi
It is possible to block guests from buying specific products.
Under the General settings of the plugin Guest section, Select Block guests from buying products. For block method select “According to limit options”
Secondly edit the individual product and check, Block guests from purchasing.
This will block guests from purchasing the individual products.

ParticipantHi
Yes that is possible. Under Orders tab in the plugin settings, you will find the Extra Costs Per order section. You can enable the handling fee option.
Then when you edit an order you can add the handling fee to each order.

March 29, 2021 at 1:38 pm in reply to: Is it possible to validate if a customer is verified or not using this plugin? #101278Zohaib
ParticipantHi,
Unfortunately no, that is not a feature of our plugin. This is because WooCommerce by default will notify the user that the email exists, but it will not ask the user to login.
Zohaib
ParticipantHi,
Yes, the plugin is compatible with WooCommerce Point Of Sale by anhvnit.
The plugin will filter the order type in the reports. The POS plugin will create a new order type.
The compatibility option allows showing on the reports, the normal order or the POS order, or both at the same time.
Zohaib
ParticipantHi,
Yes this can be done. Please navigate to
WooCommerce > Settings > Cost of Goods > Extra Costs: Shipping Methods
Enable this section and you can add costs based on shipping method.
Zohaib
ParticipantHi,
There should be no issue with the plugin. Just to confirm you have deleted the free version of the plugin?
Zohaib
ParticipantHi,
Happy to hear it is working for you. We will look to add this to the documentation.

ParticipantHi,
Under WooCommerce > Settings > Email Verification > General
You will find Block Checkout option, you can disable it from there.
Secondly under the Advanced options
Prevent login after checkout you will need to disable this option.
Please let me know if you continue having trouble with this.
