This video shows All In One WooCommerce Migration: Import & Export to Excel moving WooCommerce data through Excel files. You work in WPFactory > Store Migration, where the Products, Customers, Reviews, Coupons and Orders tabs each have an import screen and an export screen, and every import uses a drag and drop column mapping step.
What the plugin does #
- Export products, orders, customers, coupons and product reviews into a table you download as xlsx, csv or txt.
- Import the same data types from an .xlsx file, mapping your Excel columns to WooCommerce fields by drag and drop, or with Auto Match Columns.
- Import Terms: create product categories, tags and attribute values from a sheet.
- Subscriptions: an extra tab appears when WooCommerce Subscriptions is active.
Recommended migration order #
The plugin’s own FAQ tab gives this sequence: import products first, then (optionally) reviews, coupons and customers, and import orders last. Orders only link to products that already exist, so a product missing from the store is not added to the order.
