To export WooCommerce products, orders, and customers, install Export Products, Orders & Customers for WooCommerce, then choose fields at WPFactory > Export (also reachable at WooCommerce > Settings > Export). Products export from their own section, while orders, order items, and customers run from the dashboard at WooCommerce > Export, as CSV or XML.
Step 1: install the plugin #
Download Export WooCommerce from your WPFactory account (or install the free version from WordPress.org) and activate it on your site.

Step 2: open the settings #
Once activated, go to WPFactory > Export (also reachable at WooCommerce > Settings > Export). This is where you choose what to export. To run an export for orders, order items, or customers you will also use the dashboard at WooCommerce > Export.
Step 3: General options #
The General section controls how every file is written:
- CSV Separator: the character between columns. A comma is the default; change it to a semicolon for some locales.
- CSV Wrap: a character that wraps each value, for example a double quote.
- UTF-8 BOM: adds a byte order mark so spreadsheet apps detect UTF-8 and show accented characters correctly.
- Content Length Header: sends the Content-Length header with CSV and XML downloads. Turn it off if a download never finishes.
- User Capability: the capability required to export. Default
manage_options(administrators); setmanage_woocommerceto include shop managers.

Step 4: Secondary Separators #
These define the character used inside a single column when it holds several values (for example, several order items in one cell, or a value and its label).

Step 5: Advanced options #
- Block Size: the number of items processed per iteration (not bytes). The default is 1024. Lower it if large exports run out of memory.
- Time Limit: the maximum export time in seconds.
-1means the option is ignored and the server default is used;0means no time limit. - Ajax Download: downloads high-volume data in the background. It currently applies to the Product CSV export only.
- Confirm HPOS enabled: enable this if your store uses High-Performance Order Storage and no orders show up in the export.

Step 6: Export Products #
Open the Products section, select the fields you want on the left, and move them to the sortable list on the right to set the column order. Click Save changes, then use Preview or Export right on this screen.

Additional Export Products Meta Fields #
Add columns from custom fields (product meta keys). The free version allows one; Pro removes the limit.

Export Products Filter Options #
Filter the export by date, from Today through Last 36 months, or a custom range.

Step 7: Orders #
Choose the fields to include when exporting orders, then save. Use Open Tool to run the export from the dashboard.

Step 8: Orders Items #
Export a per-item breakdown of each order, with the order’s context on every row.

Step 9: Customers #
Select the customer data to export from the WordPress users table. By default this exports the WooCommerce customer role.

Step 10: Customers from Orders #
Export buyers extracted from orders and identified by billing email, so guest checkouts are included. This section has its own date filter and its own Export button.

Final thoughts #
With your fields chosen and options set, you can export any part of your store to CSV or XML whenever you need it, ready to analyze in a spreadsheet or hand off to another system.
