How to Export WooCommerce Customers to CSV or XML

To export customers from WooCommerce, go to WPFactory > Export (also at WooCommerce > Settings > Export) in Export Products, Orders & Customers for WooCommerce. Export Customers lists registered accounts, and Export Customers from Orders lists everyone who bought, including guests. Both tools are free and download as CSV or XML.

Can WooCommerce export customers without a plugin? #

Partly. WooCommerce core lists customers under WooCommerce > Customers, and that report has a Download button that saves the list as a CSV file. It is limited to the columns in that report and has no XML option, so if you need to choose fields, export by user role or pull buyers from orders by date, use a dedicated export tool.
