To auto-complete offers after purchase in Name Your Price: Make Your Own Offer for WooCommerce, go to WPFactory > Price Offers > Automation and choose one or more triggers under Auto-Complete Options, such as Checkout order processed or Payment complete. Auto-Uncomplete Options revert completed offers when an order is cancelled. These options are free.
Where the settings live #
Go to WPFactory > Price Offers (also reachable at WooCommerce > Settings > Price Offers) and open the Automation section. Scroll to Auto-Complete Options and Auto-Uncomplete Options.
Auto-Complete triggers (free) #
Triggers (alg_wc_po_auto_complete) decides which WooCommerce events mark a linked offer as completed. Choose one or more:
- Checkout order processed (default) – as soon as the order is placed at checkout.
- Payment complete – when payment is confirmed.
- Order status completed – when the order reaches the Completed status.
Note: the Payment complete and Order status completed triggers only work for orders created with plugin version 3.4.0 or later, because earlier orders did not store the offer link needed to match them.
Auto-Uncomplete triggers (free) #
Triggers (alg_wc_po_auto_uncomplete) decides which events revert a completed offer back to its previous state. Choose one or more:
- Cancelled order (default).
- Order status cancelled.
Why this matters #
Keeping offer statuses in sync with orders means your Offers dashboard reflects reality: accepted offers that turned into paid orders show as completed, and offers whose orders were cancelled reopen so you can follow up.
