To prevent duplicate price offers in Name Your Price: Make Your Own Offer for WooCommerce, go to WPFactory > Price Offers > Automation and enable Prevent duplicate offers. Choose which offer Statuses and Fields must match for an offer to count as a duplicate, and set the Customer notice shown when one is blocked. This feature is free.
Where the settings live #
Go to WPFactory > Price Offers (also reachable at WooCommerce > Settings > Price Offers) and open the Automation section. The first group is Prevent Duplicate Offers.

How it works #
- Enable Prevent duplicate offers.
- Under Statuses, choose which existing offer statuses count when checking for a duplicate. If left empty, only offers with the Open status are checked.
- Under Fields, choose which values must all match for an offer to count as a duplicate. The default compares product, customer, IP, price, currency, and quantity. You can also add product SKU, product title, customer name, phone, or email.
- Set the Customer notice shown when a duplicate is blocked.
When a new offer matches an existing one on every selected field (and status), Name Your Price rejects it and shows the notice instead of saving it.
Tip #
Comparing on fewer fields makes the check stricter (more offers count as duplicates). Comparing on more fields makes it looser. Start with the default and adjust if legitimate offers are being blocked or too many duplicates get through.
