    Awesome plugin! 🙂

I am using the plugin Product Feed Pro to create my Google product feed but I can’t seem to find the new attributes to match with the gtin variables. Can you help me with that please?

    Thank you!

    Hi Maxime,

    Thank you 🙂

When mapping the fields, there should be alg ean (Custom attribute) listed in the Value column. If it’s not there – the “Product Feed PRO for WooCommerce” plugin checks your five latest products when it creates custom attributes list, so please make sure that at least one of your five latest products has an EAN set.

Please give it a try and let me know if that helps.

Hi, unfortunately, the custom attributes are not listed. We only have 3 products and all the variations have the UPC in place.

    Do you have another solution?

    Thank you

    Hi Maxime,

I don’t think that the “Product Feed PRO for WooCommerce” plugin checks variations at this point. Please try temporarily adding UPC to the main variable product, map the fields, and then you can remove the UPC from the main product.

If that doesn’t help – would it be possible to share access to your site, so I could log in and check what’s going on (my email is [email protected])? Please let me know if sharing an account is not an option, and I will continue solving it remotely.

And if you like the plugin, please consider leaving me a rating here or here.
