Is there no way to say hello to our customers?
I would like to start the email with something like
    “Hello [first_name],”

    How do I do that?

    Thanks,
    Dorian

I found https://woocommerce.com/document/email-variables-and-merge-tags/#section-2, is that what you mean by “standard placeholders”?
There is {customer_first_name}, but it does not seem to work.

Or are you saying only the four “standard placeholders” you mention (site_title, site_adress, order_number, order_date) are working?

Found it in another thread, I guess that’s what [func] is for …
    [order_func func="get_billing_first_name"]

    Hello,
where can I found all the shortcodes that I can use in custom mail (like the one of this thread)?
Is there a list or a thread? I’ve searched but I haven’t find anything complete. Thank you

    Hello Ylenia,

You can find the shortcodes list here, and we’re currently working on updating the list (there are more shortcodes than the currently listed), so if you need a specific one, please let us know and we will be happy to help further.
