It’s very plainly NOT WORKING when I have statuses that have not changed, all with messages like the one below. Please look directly at the problematic orders.
Most recent is order #600603 from June 28:
Status scheduled to be updated from
CompletedtoItem Shipped, Download Available(Rule #4: Item Shipped, Download Available) on July 1, 2024 8:23 am (i.e., now). Current time is July 4, 2024 7:38 pm.My initial post on April 12 outlines exactly what the problem is. I still have no indication that anyone has actually read it, let alone tried to fix it. I should not have to change order statuses manually when the entire purpose of this plugin is to eliminate that exact thing.
What?! Please look at the 65 orders marked “Completed.” Almost all of these should have other statuses.
Order #600565, for example, says:
Status scheduled to be updated from
CompletedtoItem Shipped, Download Available(Rule #4: Item Shipped, Download Available) on June 25, 2024 11:43 am (i.e., now). Current time is June 27, 2024 12:31 pm.Is there a new version? My plugin says it is up to date but nothing has changed in terms of my issue.
Never mind – the cron job I had set up is running. But the orders still don’t resolve to their correct statuses (some do, sometimes?). I get the same message on the order:
Status scheduled to be updated from
CompletedtoShipped(Rule #3: Shipped) on April 22, 2024 8:06 am (i.e., now). Current time is April 29, 2024 12:52 pm.
