    Hello Rey,

Thank you very much for pointing out the issue.

    > The message Activate message is not showing when redirected to the homepage.

I think it might be an issue with the Email Verification plugin. As a result, I have escalated this with our development team. They will get back to you as soon as they can.

    Kind regards,

    Hello Joe,

    Thanks for reaching out.

If I understood your question correctly, then yes, it’s possible, but it’s a bit of a workaround. You may use the plugin to skip min/max checks if there are certain products in the cart.

To do that, in the plugin’s settings, go to the Cart products section and enable the Cart products option. Then select the products from the Individual Products > Exclude box. To activate the Cart products section, you must have the Pro version of the plugin, though.

If you have any other questions or need assistance, please let us know.

    Kind regards,
    Moshtafizur

    Hello,

    Thanks for following up.

In that case, please follow the general steps below:

    1. Go to the Products section and disable the Per product tag and enable Per product category option.

    2. Then go to the Cart Total section and enable the Product in cart total and the Per product option.

    3. Then select the product from the Individual Products > Exclude that you don’t want to have a limit placed on.

    2.  Then go to  Products > Categories > Drinks > Edit and set the Min quantity to 3.

P.S. Your settings in the General section should be the same.

Please give it a try. Please let me know if it doesn’t help.

    Kind regards,
    Moshtafizur

    Hello Jean,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Yes, it is possible with our Maximum Products per User for WooCommerce. To do this, please follow the general steps below:

    1. At first, navigate to WooCommerce > Settings> Maximum Products per User> General and set Mode to Product quantitiesDate range to Lifetime and the Order statuses to appropriate order statuses.

    2. Then go to the Guests section, and set Guests option to Identify guests by IP address. Then the limit will be applicable to your guest users also.

    3. Next go to the Limits section and enable the Per product option.

    4. Finally, go to the Formula section, and enable the Limits by formula option and paste a shortcode in the Formula field, such as:

    [alg_wc_mppu product_id= "10, 20, 30" limit="1"]

In this  shortcode, you just need to update the product_id attribute.

A consumer will then be allowed to make as many purchases of other products as they would like with such an arrangement.

I hope that helps. If you have any other questions or need assistance, then please let us know.

    Kind regards,

    Hello,

Thank you for providing further details and for following up.

In that case, I would suggest you to do the following:

    1. Assign each item in your Drinks category a tag, lat’s say tagA, except from the one you don’t want to have any limits on.

    2. Then go to the Products section and disable the Per product option and enable the Per product tag option.

    3. Then go to  Products > Tags > TagA > Edit and set the Min quantity to 3.

P.S. Your settings in the General section should be the same.

Please give it a try. Please let me know if it doesn’t help.

    Kind regards,

    Hello,

I hope you are well today. I am really sorry to know you are having difficulties.

Please ensure that in the plugin’s settings, under the Shipping section, the Local pickup > Min sum option is set to -1. No amount (i.e. no limit) will be applied for the shipping method if the option is set to a negative value (e.g. -1).

Please let me know if it doesn’t help.

    Kind regards,
    Moshtafizur
