Thank you for your patience. I tested the plugin, but I was unable to reproduce the issue you mentioned. The plugin appears to be functioning correctly, as it prevents adding more items than available in stock.

If your business is based in Romania and you need to collect VAT even for customers with a valid VAT number from Romania then our plugin can definitely assist with that. To set this up, please navigate to the “Validation & Progress” section of the plugin and select “Base (i.e., store) country” under the “Keep VAT in selected countries” option. This way, even if a customer from Romania enters a valid VAT number, the VAT will still be applied as required.

I’m Mostafizur from support and first of all, sorry for the late reply but I’ll be helping you with this issue now.
To set a 0% VAT rate for customers outside the EU, you can do the following in WooCommerce:
1. First you need to go to your TAX settings. So please navigate to “WooCommerce > Settings > TAX”,
2. Then in the “Standard Rates” tab, add a new row. Then for the “Country code” enter “*” (this covers all countries not specifically listed, covering non-EU countries) and leave “State code”, “Postcode”, and “City” empty,
3. Set the “Rate %” to “0” there,
4. Then save your changes.
This setup will apply a 0% VAT rate for all non-EU countries.

Could you please ensure that under the “Products” section of the plugin, the “Get price method” to “Get price including tax”? Also please go to the “Tools” section and run the “Recalculate orders” option.

Yes, it is possible with our plugin. After installing the plugin, please go to the “Per product categories” and use the “Include” feature there. This will show the payment gateway if there is specific category of product in the cart.
