Please make sure you’re running the most recent version of the plugin, 2.5.5.
Then navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Cost of Goods > Advanced and enable Force costs update options and then go to the Tools & Reports section and enable Order tools > Recalculate orders cost and profit and save changes.
Please let me know if you continue to experience problems.

May 8, 2022 at 10:30 am in reply to: How to setup having different amounts for free shipping? #88462Moshtafizur
ParticipantHello Yavuz,
Thanks for reaching out.
> Would this work with such site?
Our plugin should work with the Flatsome theme too. However, if you encounter any difficulties, please let us know. We’re here to assist.
> Would we be able to show the “Amount left for Free Shipping” in the Minicard, Card and Checkout pages?
Yes, you definitely can. To do so, go to the plugin’s settings and enable the Cart, Mini-cart, and Checkout sections, respectively.
> How would the addon detect where the user comes from?
The user can set his shipping zone manually from the cart page, or you can use the WooCommerce Geolocation function. WooCommerce enables shop owners to automatically geolocate clients and provide shipping options according to their location. You can learn more about this function here.
Now, if you’re using the default free shipping from WooCommerce, the plugin will try to automatically sync with different shipping zones in order to display the appropriate free shipping message for each zone.
I hope this information was helpful to you.

This response is to let you know that our developers have started working on adding the features that you’ve requested. Both of these functions will be available in a future plugin version.May 5, 2022 at 10:43 am in reply to: How can I repeat on a page the email address to which a verification email sent? #101580Moshtafizur
ParticipantHello Toby,
Thanks for reaching out.
> Repeat on a page the email address to which a user’s verification email was sent.
We regret to inform you that this is not possible with our plugin at this time.
> Allow a user to resend their verification link on the frontend via a form.
At this moment, what is possible with our plugin is to block unverified users from logging in and then display a message on the frontend with a link to resend the email with the verification link. To do this, please make sure in the plugin’s settings that General > General Options > Block unverified login is enabled. Next, go to the Messages section, scroll down to the Messages > Activate field, where you may paste a message like this:
Thank you for your registration. Your account has to be activated before you can login. Please check your email or you can resend the email with the verification link by clicking <a href="%resend_verification_url%">here</a>.
Here,
%resend_verification_url%
is a placeholder. You must include it in thehref
attribute. However, both of your requests have already been forwarded to our development team. They will get back to you as soon as possible.

May 3, 2022 at 7:18 am in reply to: Can this plugin differentiate between virtual and shippable products? #88460Moshtafizur
ParticipantHello kendra,
Thanks for reaching out.
> We don’t want the virtual products to be counted in the free shipping option when a person has both virtual and shippable products in their cart at the same time
With our plugin, this is possible. To do so, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Amount Left for Free Shipping > Advanced then enable Virtual products > Ignore virtual products in cart to reach the min amount.
I hope you found this information beneficial. If you have any other questions or need assistance, please let me know.

ParticipantHey Natalia,
Thank you for reaching out.
We’re sorry you are having difficulty. Please navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Amount Left for Shipping > General and set the Cart total method to Cart total and disable the Discounts option and enable the Shipping > Exclude shipping from cart total calculation. Then go to the Advanced section and enable the AJAX option > Enable AJAX. Next, enable the Force Update option.
Please give these a try.

April 26, 2022 at 8:17 am in reply to: Why can’t a client pay for the manually created order after installing it? #93193Moshtafizur
ParticipantHello Ann,
Thank you for reaching out.
Actually, on my end, the manually created order can be paid for while the plugin is functioning. I don’t, however, use the WooCommerce payments plugin. I propose temporarily deactivating the plugin to check if the issue remains.
