ParticipantGreat 🙂
You mean, how to display the message in the ‘woocommerce_before_customer_login_form’ hook?
If you’re inside it, you can simply use an echo function. Example:
add_action( 'woocommerce_before_customer_login_form', function () { $user_id = get_current_user_id(); if ( alg_wc_ev_is_user_verified_by_user_id( $user_id ) ) { echo '<h1>Verified</h1>'; } else { echo '<h1>Not Verified</h1>'; } } );

ParticipantHi,
If you want to check if the user is verified, we have this function:
alg_wc_ev_is_user_verified_by_user_id( $user_id ).
Let me know if it helps.

ParticipantHi @luciano ,
Sorry for the delay, but I have good news.
I created a new option for you at Advanced > Delete options > Network deletion.
Please, update the plugin to version 2.8.0 I just released, enable the option, and let me know if it helps.

ParticipantSorry for the delay. I didn’t test it, but maybe if you change our option Email > Email sending trigger to
WooCommerce created customer
, the verification email might be triggered when using the functionwc_create_new_customer()
.Let me know if it helps.

ParticipantHi @jason-1000 ,
Please, update the plugin to version 2.7.9 I just released.
From now on, every time a user is deleted, there will be a history of that on WooCommerce logs. It will be displayed the user id and the email there.
Before this release, the log for that was already working, but only for users deleted on the background process, and the email wasn’t present.
Let me know if it helps.

ParticipantHi @foxylearning ,
Sorry for the delay, but I have good news. Please, update the plugin to version 2.7.8. From now on, it will be possible to add user placeholders to most message options too, including the “Activate” message.
Let me know if it helps.

ParticipantHi,
It should work fine now on version 2.7.7 I just released. Please, let me know if you still have problems.

ParticipantHi,
Have you tried our options under Tools & Reports > Analytics > Stock tab ?
Once enabled, you’ll be able to access Analytics > Stock. Once there, you might enable the category column. To have more control over the data, for now, it would be necessary to export the CSV.

ParticipantHi Eric,
Yes, I believe it can be considered as a bug. The Verified/Unverified Filter on the Users page won’t perform very well for users existing prior to the plugin installation if the option “Verify account for current users” is disabled.
But if you’re not using the filter, and the users are listed as Verified, they are not likely to be deleted. Anyway, it’s always a good idea to have a backup.

ParticipantHi,
In that case, can you please send an e-mail to [email protected] with the AffiliateWP plugin? Please include the link to this conversation too.
I’ll take a look at the possibilities.

ParticipantHi,
Sorry for the long delay.
Maybe, we have an option for you at Orders > Extra costs: From meta. With that option, you can set a meta that will be used to add costs to your orders containing that meta.
You’d just have to know the meta key name. To find out what it is, you could try to install a plugin like JSM Show Post Meta. Then, you can simply access the admin order page and see if there is any cost meta from AffiliateWP. If that’s the case, you can simply copy the key name and paste it on our Extra costs: From meta option.
Let me know if it helps.

ParticipantGreat then. Thanks for letting us know 🙂

ParticipantHi Florian,
Maybe there is something you can try.
We have options to add extra costs on orders, so you could try to enable our section Shipping Methods, then:
- Add a Percent cost to the shipping method you wish. Most probably with the same value as your VAT.
- The Percent cost source option could be set to
Shipping total
, and chooseShipping total incl. tax
.
Let me know if it helps.

ParticipantHi,
If the user list was reduced, maybe they have been deleted. The only way this plugin would delete users is if the option “Advanced > Delete users” is enabled or the option “Advanced > Delete users automatically“. Did you try some of these delete options?
Anyway, you can try to disable the plugin to see if the user list goes back to normal.
We don’t have options to delete users with zero purchase history. I believe this is not part of this plugin’s scope. It will only manage the verified and unverified users via email. Now, if the option “General > Account verification > Current registered users” is enabled, all the users registered before the plugin was enabled will be considered as “Unverified”, and then will be erased if any of the Delete options are enabled.
