I couldn’t reproduce the error yet. There is something I couldn’t get from your question. If it’s crashing on backend orders, then why the error is showing on the frontend? Can you please elaborate on that?

Regarding your last question, maybe you can try the “WooCommerce Analytics > Revenue” page. In order to see the cost and profit there, you just need to enable our Analytics options present at “Tools & Reports > Analytics”.

On your site, I can actually see the
[alg_wc_oma_amount_msg min_or_max="min"]shortcode on the frontend. Generally, it happens when the shortcode doesn’t exist or if it was added wrong, for example, using quotes around it, example"[alg_wc_oma_amount_msg]"instead of[alg_wc_oma_amount_msg].Can I email you a login for testing?

Please, try to switch your theme to Storefront and check if the tab is there. If it is, then most probably your theme is not compatible with the plugin.
Lastly is there a way I can delete the old comment data from when I was using the WooDiscuz plugin
I’m not sure how to delete old comment data from the WooDiscuz plugin, however, we have an option that can convert comments/reviews to discussion comments. The option is located at:
- “General > Editable comment meta on admin > Comment type conversion > Allow admin to convert discussions to reviews and vice versa“
After enabled, there will be 2 new options on the admin comments page: “Convert do discussion”, “Convert to review”.
Somehow, it seems that the shortcode wasn’t added properly on the Elementor shortcode widget.
Please, try the following steps:
1- Try again making sure the initial and final quotes are removed
2- Try adding some other random shortcode in order to check if it works on the Elementor shortcode widget.
